• Tough film balanced in both machine and vertical directions due to its biaxial orientation.
• Excellent transparency. Scratch-resistant gloss provides good printing results and increases the product value of the contents.
• Excellent odor-sealing results compared to other films, suitable for preventing odor transfer and permeation.
• Can be used over a wide temperature range of -70°C to +150°C. It can also be used to pack hot foods, and filled bags can be sterilized by boiling or using a retort. Also suitable for use in freezer storage.

Processability

• Printing: Polyester and general-purpose gravure and flexo inks can be used. Processed and adhesive-promotion types are available to extend the selection of inks that can be used. Ink should be selected after carefully reviewing post-processing (laminating, etc.), and usage conditions.
• Lamination: Suitable for dry lamination and extrusion lamination. Urethane-type adhesives can be used for dry lamination and imine or titanate types can be used for extrusion lamination. Be sure to review usage conditions before selecting the adhesive.
• Coating: Coatings such as PVDC can also be used. This film is more heat resistant than OPP etc., so can be dried at higher temperatures. However, be sure to take into account the condition of the finish when setting the drying temperature.
